AHMED MUSA is only 24, so had plenty more gas in his footballing tank but is already revving up for life after his playing days.
In bygone days, pubs were the go-to post-playing enterprise for footballers but times have moved on.
And Leicester man Musa has been fuelling his business ambitions this week by opening a new petrol station in Kano, back home in his native Nigeria — close to where his career first pulled away with the Pillars club.
It’s his second service station, according to the Leicester Mercury and he looks delighted with it, if pictures posted on Instagram are anything to go by.
He already had miles on the clock as an entrepreneur, though, having real estate and a Sports and Fitness Centre to his name.
He’s really putting his foot down to create a business portfolio. Good work, Mr Musa.
